As an employee or business partner, you can report suspected criminal offences or serious breaches of the rules to us by giving us your name or by remaining completely anonymous. You remain protected. It is not possible to trace the report back to you, as long as you do not provide any data that could be used to draw conclusions about your person. The following reporting form will guide you through the process.
Your report will only be received and processed by the responsible persons from our internal reporting office. 

They will treat your information with absolute confidentiality.
After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you via which an anonymous dialogue is possible. You will be informed about how your report was followed up.

The system does not store IP addresses and does not use any tracking tools. It is not possible to trace the information back to you, unless you yourself provide data that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your person. Even if you provide your name, the responsible person will maintain the confidentiality of your identity in accordance with legal requirements.
